After having a year and a half of problems with my wlan, I have made the decision to cancel my contract with you since whenever I have tried to repair the problem I have not received good response from the customer service (I have even closed the phone on several occasions) my wlan does not work well and when it does I can not have more than two devices connected to it, and lately it is not for the connection or 10 minutes running.
I do not know what else to do, I want this nightmare to end because apparently it has no solution. the payments are always up to date and receiving a terrible service.
