Online moving service not work. How could I cancel my Kabel contract?

We have a Vodafone Kabel contract.

We are planning to move to a new apartment on July 20, 2025.

The new apartment does not have a Vodafone Kabel service.

Thus, I try to use the online moving service to cancel the Kabel contract.

But the online moving service does not work.

 

I went to some Vodafone stores and called different telephone numbers more than 10 times, but no one could help me.

Some only say German and refuse to answer me in English. 

The others say English, but they say they do not have access to do so/their computers have problems.

 

Could anyone help me? This is a really annoying experience.

der Screenshot sagt eigentlich was anderes 

Yes, I am very sure about that. The new address does not have Kabel. The staff in the Vodafone stores also help me check that, only DSL, no Kabel.

If the new one has Kabel, I think I could use the moving service easily.


About the screenshot, based on my understanding, it just wants me to call the number.
