cancel my WLAN-Hotspot-Flat

Hallo!
I applied WLAN-Hotspot-Flat online last year. 

But I will leave Germany recently so I cancelled my contract last month. I received the comfirmation of the cancel and the Vertragsende is 22.05.2018. However, I can still use the WLAN now!  Why? Could you please tell me that whether I cancelled my contract successfully?

Also， I forget the user name and password to login my account.

What should I do now？
