Hi,
Is it just the Homespot option or do you mean a real Hotspotflat? This is a fundamental difference. You can find the option under "booked options" in the customer portal and cancel it. You can cancel the flat via the contact form.

Which of the two links? If you use the contact form, you enter "Kündigung", then at a certain point you can send an e-mail about it.
My English is not good, so I still don't know exactly what you want to cancel. Tell me if it's the Hotspotflat or the Homespot option. I can certainly help then.

The link to contact form with some wizard. I do choose "Kündigung" but I don't get what is that certain point where I can send an email. Should I keep asking the same request to wizard several times? Should I ask specifically to let me email? Should I type it in German? This is totally unintuitive and frustrating.
The option I want to cancel is "Wifi Hotspotflat Flat", not Homespot, I never mentioned Homespot.
I've contracted with Vodafone in May, it was not connecting, cable damaged, and was fixed only after over a month. This is the only reason I bought Hotspot Flat -- to be able to connect at least to public Wifi spot. Now my cable is finally fixed and I don't need it anymore. Why is that a problem to turn it off, why is there is no simple button? My experience is already awfull, please, just help me at least with my simple request oh my god!

Correct, the specifications in the form must be filled out in German. You can then write English in the free text. But this has become unnecessary. I have taken over the notice for you. You will receive the confirmation within the next days.

Could you please be so kind to finally turn it off and also refund my Wifi Hotspot Flat bill for August?

have you looked at the termination confirmation? There is the cancellation date. This is the 31.08.2019. Every contract has a duration and cannot be terminated immediately, also this contract. So there will be no refund, because the end of the contract is not yet reached.
