HELP TO CANCEL WIFI HOTPOST - ENGLISH PLEASE!

Hi,

I signed the VODAFONE WIFI HOTSPOT for 20€ per month for 4 users but on 1st month was okay the signal but now since 30-DECEMBER I cannot connect anymore, the signal is to weak.

I live in Augsburg, 86157. I saw other user with same cancelation request that was process by him send the information in a private message.

I hpe someone can help me! ... Thanks!!!
