Hi Vodafone Team,
I am writing here as I am unable to reach customer service and get help in English. Unfortunately I cannot speak good German. Please help.
My Vodafone callYa sim has not been used for the last 6 months. My SIM card is broken. I need your help to check:
(a) is my number still active?
(b) if so, how can I order a replacement sim?
I have moved from Germany to Netherlands in the mean time. Please help.
