Es tut mir leid, mein deustch is nicht gud...
I'm being charged for vodafone services but I do not have a vodafone account, phone number, or sim card for my mobile phone. I can't get in touch with anyone at customer service to help me. My old flat had vodafone internet and I think somehow there was a mix up when people came to check the service at the apartment and now I have been charged for services.
I would like to cancel this as soon as possible.
Any advice?

welcome to the Vodafone Community!
If I get you right you had a DSL contract from us before.
When did it end? Is there your own customer number on your statement of account? (Please do not post it here!)
Please note that there will be at least one more invoice after the end of the contract depending on your bill cycle.
You can check your invoices in your MeinVodafone account.

The bills were not in my name, but my landlords. I do not live there anymore and nothing was ever billed to us directly.
