Wrong contract tariff (no unitymedia discount applied)

Hi

I requested a contract with the unitymedia discount and porting my callya number but. when I got the papers the tarrif was different 19euros instead of the 9euros (Red XS + unitymedia internet) what can I do to change to the right tariff? 

Also I tried to migrate my number from call yeah to vodafone following https://www.vodafone.de/rufnummer-mitnehmen but call-ya is no the provider list to request the migration.

I need help should I wait until the expiration date (11th of may)? should I request a new plan? what can I do with the current sim. I already put the sim on my mobile . Can I return it ?

Hello @ssalvatori,

if you have a CallYa number and want to change this into a contract this is not a Porting.

Porting a number means that you transfer your number from one provider to another.

You just have to switch from prepaid to a contract.

Thanks for that clarification, the main problem here is that the tariff in the mailed contract is not the same that I requested (it was 9 euros per RED xs and they said 19 euros) . I went to the vodafone office and they told me to cancel that contract and get a contract with them (same price 19 euros but i wanted the 9 euros promotion)

Should I cancel the contract? send everything back and send the right infodock or what ?

have you already switched from Callya to a contract?

At the end I contacted the online shop and they created a new contract for me with the right price.
