Vodafone Shop prepared a new number/contract to my name without my intention.

Hello Vodafone Team 

 

I need someone who can speak English to resolve/help my issue.

 

I am having 3 mobile numbers and a cable internet connection from Vodafone since 2018,  recently I got a call from a Vodafone representative and he asks me if I want a mobile device or a price reduction, I told him I want a price reduction.. 


Then the representative advised me to go to the Vodafone shop in my city, then speak with them. I did and went to a Vodafone shop, an employee creates a new contract for me and told me I should expect a price reduction soon. It was 2 - 3 months ago nothing happened so far. Beginning of this month (01.12.2020) I went to Vodafone shop again to ask why there is no price reduction yet in my account, he did something and told me I will expect a soon reduction.

 

Yesterday I check my account and I realize this Vodafone Shop assign a new number on my contract and ask me for an extra 70 €.  I went to the shop today and I ask why they did this and cancel the number. 

They said they are canceled the number but I don't trust their words anymore, is there anybody who can help me regarding the issue.
