Terminating contract due to moving abroad

Hello, 

I am a customer of Vodafone for ~3 years. I recently moved to Turkey and tried to terminate my contract with MyVodafone but couldn't do it. I am no longer a resident of Germany, and I need help with terminating my contract.

Moving abroad is not a reason for extraordinary termination of your mobile contract. 

You can cancel timely by email or by the Mein-Vodafone App
