In December I went into the store to ask about added some more data to my plan and the guy added another line to my account without me knowing!!! The new manager says the employee no longer works there and there is nothing he can do! I can't even cancel my account!!! HELP! This is BS! There was another man in the store who had the same problem and reported it to the police and they said if they had three people file then they could open a case against the no longer working employee. I just can't believe that the current manager can't fix it? WTF! Any advice for help would be appreciated.

I guess you signed something in the shop, too. In that case, if there is a contract, nobody can help you. If at all the shop itself and then only as a gesture of goodwill.
I recommend to try it again in the shop, where the contract was concluded.

I have no documentation/paperwork that I signed up for anything and don't even have the SIM card it is claiming. I'd appreciate if I were given a number I could call where I could reach an english speaking person.

well you got english speaking support here.
The problem is though that you must have signed something even if you don´t have the contract papers.
