Regarding the POOR Customer care service on english language

Hi Everyone,

Today i made a call to the vodafone customer service,after waiting for a long minutes,i finally connected to Vodafone employee.I asked whether he can speak english she said no.I then asked could you please connect to an english agent.SHe gave a hard reply in a tone that,All the employees speak GERMAN only.I mean i find this very poos with vodafone to have no customer service or any support for people speaking english.Very Bad.

many colleagues are able to help in english.

If you call 0800-172-1212 just say "operator" when connected.
