I apologize in advance for using English instead of German, but I am not fluent enough yet.  I know this has been asked many times in this forum, but I would like to change my CallYa Mailbox language to English.  Is there a customer service agent here who could do that for me via PM?  Thanks!

No worries to write in English. 😀

You should get in contact with VF directly. But don't use the hotline. 

Use one of the recommended contact channels. I recommend one of the both social media channels (Facebook/Twitter).

Vodafone’s CallYa support account on WhatsApp made the change for me in no time.  Working perfectly and I was even able to activate Visual Voicemail in the settings!  😊
