Thanks for bringing your issue to the attention of the Community - welcome
Just to be on the safe side: Have you signed up for two cards and got one surplus card or did you actually sign for all 3 cards?
The documents you were handed out, I assume, should show if the third card is charged monthly.
In any case, it's understandable you feel unhappy about the way this issue was handled so far.
