I just arrived from Berlin to Amsterdam and I have no connection or phone calls.
I tried re-setting, taking out sim card, changing network, everything. I even called Vodafone NL to see if there is any problem with them - their network has no problem.
Whenever I call customer service in Germany, they do not speak English. I live in Amsterdam and need my phone and data ASAP.
Please help.
