Hi there,

 

I received my SIM card and started using it on 13.11.2019, however, I received my bills for Mobile and DSL/Cable, and I didn't get a GigaCombi discount!

 

BTW, another question is I can't find my Customer Password in my contract, so I wonder how can I retrieve it?

your customer password can be found on your contract documents.
