I wish to cancel my mobile contract because of poor network quality

At the moment I have Vodafone DSL which I am happy with, and Vodafone mobile which I am sick of. At my workplace on my iPhone XR, or in fact in any building, I hardly ever get more than a 3G signal, and quite often mobile internet disappears completely as soon as I enter a building that is any more rigid than a tent. I like the fact that you get so much data with a V'fone contract, but right now I would prefer to have a service that I can use not only when I am standing outside in the middle of a city. Please let me know the process for cancellation.

since when is that the case? At which locations does this occur, can you tell us the street names with the postcode?

Have you tried another device, how it is then in the buildings? It doesn't always have to be the network itself.

This happens in every building I enter with my iPhone, I have already given your colleagues my work address, but it hasn't improved the situation. I live in Münster NRW, if that information is useful. I only ever get 4G when I am directly in the city centre, but as soon as I go into any building, that drops to 3G or even EDGE, or I lose any internet connection entirely. I cannot try another device because I do not own one with a micro SIM tray.

I dont work vor VF but its been possible since february to simply end the contract, once logged into your account.

Hi HelloMrJames,

sounds weird. Here you should try a cross swap. So it can be excluded whether the problem is the SIM card or the hardware itself.

With a cross-exchange you exchange the SIM card of 2 devices among themselves. So you insert your SIM card into another device and the SIM card from the other device into your iPhone. Then you test both.

Please ask someone from your family, a friend, neighbours, acquaintances, colleagues etc.. Also in most Vodafone shops the employees will help you if you ask them to.
