Hi vodafone.
I am trying to cancel my contract but it seems to be impossible.
I already went to a physical store, and after fighting a lot with a lazy representative I managed to get this:
1) "To cancel the contract, we can send a fax."
2) We did so, and I have a copy of the recieved confirmation.
3) I have no way to get a confirmation.
4) I will use my phone number on the next company. How can I know it still works?
How can I know that this is done? When will it be effective?
For reference, this was the store: Vodafone shop - Kottbusser Damm 29-30, 10967 Berlin.
Please give me some useful answers 🙂

What happened that made you want to cancel your Vodafone services?
1) "To cancel the contract, we can send a fax."
To cancel, you can either send a message via our Kontakt form: vod.af/KündigungMobil
Or you can send your letter by mail or fax to

Did you send your fax to the above number? Fax: +49-2102-986575
If so, I will check what happened to your document.
3) "I have no way to get a confirmation."
If your fax document is with us, I will see to it you get a letter of confirmation.
4) "I will use my phone number on the next company. How can I know it still works?"
You can keep your number when changing the service provider. Please make sure to notify your new service company so they can contact us about transferring the number to your new account.
By the way: Why not select one of our new price plans, with larger data packages and a new phone? Just call the Stay-Vodafone-Team to get a service package with more benefits: 0800 505 44 42
