Hi Team,
I have signed a contract for home fiber cable internet (250 MBPS) by calling vodafone customer care and as I'm already a voadfone customer holding mobile phone contract , so it's been communicated that I'll be getting 10 EURO discount and extra 5 GB data on my mobile contract, but I didn't get any of them.
Could you please look into it.

Hi Boris,
During the signing of contract, the Vodafone executive clearly told me that I'll be getting the 10 EURO discount and even extra 5 GB after checking my customer number and other details. Now once the contract is signed and after started using the home internet, now you guys are saying 'sorry' those are not applicable as I'm already having employee discount.
I really feel cheated by the Vodafone executive who told I'll be getting these discounts (10 Euro and 5 GB), I understand now that just because to increase/attract the number of customers Vodafone is applying all such business tricks. Very very very good. Hats-off.
Thanks Vodafone for teaching me a very good lesson.

I am really sorry that you´ll got this impression from Vodafone.
And I totally understand that. Usually it´s not all about getting new customers. That´s not what Vodafone´s philosophy in general.

Hi Borin,
Just forgot time mention one more thing, actually before directly communicating with Vodafone executive I have checked with a different provide (check24 website) where I'll be getting 140 EURO cash back too, but just because Vodafone executive communicated that I'll be getting this extra 10 EURO discount on my mobile contract I signed directly contract directly with Vodafone instead of through third party (check24).
Now I lost that 140 EURO which I would have got from check 24.
I'm not sure what to say more than this.
