Hi,
I have a Vodafone Young M Mobile contract and CableMax 1000 Kabel Internet at home, both with my name, same address and IBAN. However it has already been a couple of months I have the contracts but the GigaKombi discount is still not applied. I am having to pay the normal monthly rates for both the contracts. Unfortunately I do not yet speak good enough German to explain this to the customer care. Help would be appreciated to enable the GigaKombi discount.
