GigaKombi discount not fully applied to GigaMobil XS

I'm sorry I have only recently moved to Germany and don't know enough German yet to call or chat with support. I was hoping I could get some help in this forum.

I got my first mobile bill today which includes part of previous month (10.08 -  16.08) and advance payment for the next one (17.08 - 16.09). It would seem that GigaKombi discount is only applied for the elapsed part but not to the advance payment. Why is that so? Will I get 10 euro refund + 10 euro discount next month? Thank you.

Hi @I_Z,

with the next invoice you'll get the full Gigakombi discount from 17.08.-16.09.

The Gigakombi will be applied retroactively, the basis tariff in advance.
