Good morning,
I moved abroad and since I cannot used Vodafone, I have send a Cancellation letter on August 23rd (3 months before my contract was supposed to be renewed) and sent the Abmedldebestaetigung on November 11. Yet I'm still requested to pay monthly. Is there a way to solve this issue?

To my understanding, the monthly charges are fully legitimate and this is no issue, either. Moving abroad may constitute the legal basis for a premature cancellation of a fixed network contract. However, this does not apply to a mobile contract (as use of the latter is not limited to a specific location and roaming is part of the contractual agreement).
