Hello all,
I'm posting this here because I had no luck with finding an English speaker operator to answer my questions.
I have 2 contracts with Vodafone: 1 for the GigaCube and the other for Internet cable (both started in November 2018 ).
I'm moving out of Germany and I've already de-registered from KVR. Send Vodafone 2 letters to cancel the contracts earlier and I included also a copy of my de-registration paper. I got a reply for the Internet cable contract saying that they are processing my request and that the contract end on Nov 2020. No reply for the GigaCube.
I need to understand why the contract are not cancelled starting next month.
What's the status of my GigaCube contract?
Do I need to bring more proof that I'm leaving Germany?
Where should I send the router? Can someone help? I'm becoming a bit desperate because I'm moving out in a few days and I still haven't managed to cancel these contracts.

I've managed to get touch with customer support on whatsapp (using google translate). They received my de-registration paper but apparently is not possible to cancel the contracts earlier.
I don't understand why. Why it was possible for other people in the same situation as mine?
What am I missing? Can someone please help me.

Moving out of Germany: Norman has written a guide to help settle any issue about cancelling a fixed line contract (sending in the hardware etc). The article refers to Kabel contracts as well
As regards your GigaCube: This is basically a subscription for 24 months.
Since you move abroad, however, I will see what can be done about this once you send me a private message.
