Hallo Liebe Community,
Da English meine Muttersprache ist werde Ich diesen Beitrag auf English schreiben, Da man mich, nach zahlreichen Anrufe bei der Vodafone Hotline, nicht verstehen oder weiter helfen koennte.
I am a Vodafone Customer since 2014, And have kept my Contract until now, But instead of getting discounts (like my sister and other family members) My contract keeps getting expensive to this point where I can no longer pay for it. I started in 2014 With and Online contract and Ordered and IPhone 5 and Red M (I Guess??) paying 46.99 or 54.99 at that time I had this phone for more than 2 years and a few months until I was told that I can get a new phone within the same Contract.
I went to the Vodafone Shop in 69469 Weinheim and got myself the Samsung S7 Edge and also asked for an additional sim card. The sim card alone should have costed me an additional 10/15 Euros (Dont really remember what I was told) but was promised that I will endup paying the same amount as before, and and the end of signing the fraudlent contract, I was **AWARDED** with a Samsung Tablet for being an excellent and loyal customer (all lies, its part of the package, althought I got to find this out 2 years later.). After I looked at my bills a couple months after the signing I realized "Vorteil fuer Junge Leute und Studenten" was charging me for an Additonal 12,6 Euros + VAT instead of giving me a 10 Euro discount, in that case increasing the charges of my contract from ~55 to ~75 Euros and after numerous calls and asking for a deposit on my vodafone account I was only offered a correction of future bills and an additional couple GB data volume as compensation for my hundreds of Euros.
Dezember 2017 My phone broke so I really needed a new phone ASAP and called Vodafone (Since I was already fooled by the Vodafone shop once) and asked for a phone on the same day. They asked to call me back and so they did and told me to go to the Vodafone Shop in Weinheim and select a phone of my choice, only that my contract will be extended for another 2 years I keep the same benefits with an additional 10 GB Data plan for the same Price which I was kinda okay with since that was my only way to get a phone on the same day from Vodafone. I was looking for a Huawei Mate 10 Pro which was " Out of Stock " but was offered an Iphone 8 which I did not want but was insisted to take for ** TESTING PURPOSES** and if I didn't like it I could call them and order a Huawei Mate 10 Pro and return the Iphone 8. Thats not all, They also asked me to sign an extention of the contract which was infact a change of contract that I came to know after the first few bills started to shred down my bank account and my Data, Instead of having 12 GB + (I believe 6 GB) which should have compensated hundreds of Euros, I had only 10 GB.
The Iphone 8 I didn't link so I called them the next day but could not reach them, 3 days later I get a hold of the salesman and ask him for a return and a Huawei Mate 10 Pro in return since iOS wasn't my thing. He giggled and said, its not possible to return since I have "unboxed" the phone and can no longer be returned. I treathend to report this to Vodafone just to get a response of "Hah, Sie koenne machen was sie wollen."
Now I was stuck with a phone I didn't want. and I believe 4 months later I get an email from them that I haven't pickedup my Samsung tablet that I had "Purchased" with my extention ???. My Bill went up from what I believe (After correction of the fake discount for students) from 64.99 to 100 and above, which I did not notice the first month since I was on roaming in Canada.
Tried seeking help from Vodafone via phone, all I got is people offering me additonal Data volume to make me believe its worth the money or them asking me to go seek help xxx
I used to work before and didn't bother about the extra costs but now that I am a student I can no longer afford just 100 EUROS for a phone contract.
My sibling is also a Vodafone Customer since 2014 (Although she did everything Online and via Phone), has been billed for 34.99 for 4 years and now its gone down to 29.99 with 15 GB data volume and a premium phone every 2 years and I am sitting here paying 3 fold for less of service.
I have decided to cancel my contract by the end of this year since paying 1200 Euros p.a for a Mobile service is just way too much, other providers have the same deal for just 25-30 Euros.
Just to add insult to injury, I can no longer pay my bill which resulted in my sim being locked.
If anyone could help me I could send you the bills so you can get a better overview.

Hello Mao007,
welcome to the community.
If you have received an offer from a shop and signed the contract there, then the shop is the only contact person in this matter.
Something else than the hotline has already told you, we can not tell you here either.
