Whatsapp calls drop on Kabel modem Wi-Fi

I live in Niendorf, Hamburg. I recently got a Vodafone cable modem. Whatsapp calls keep dropping after every few seconds on the WiFi. The calls work fine on 4G. I also get speeds of up to 20 Mbps on WiFi and 50 Mbps on LAN, so speed it not the issue. Is it possible that the firewall on the model blocks UDP packets, which are essential for Whatsapp calling?

what cable-router did you use? Did you have tested a factory reset and then with standard settings?
