Hello, I'm moving house and applied for the cancellation of my old contract and conducting a new one (I've made this in the Unitymedia offline service center). How can I clarify, whether everything is fine because I didn't get any mail / e-mail regarding this? And I'm worried because I need the internet from the 1st of August for work.
