Hi all! I have lived in Germany for some time but now I am moving to England and would like to cancel my internet contract. Could anyone advise me on the appropriate steps to cancel my internet connection. I understand there may be fees involved, and that is alright, I simply cannot figure out the process and I worry that some older messages on the topic may be out of date.
Additional info:
Using the automated customer service I reach a page that says:
"Your entry: Moving abroad. Simply notify us of your move abroad using our moving service. Indicate on the home page that you are moving abroad"
But clicking on "report your move now" just takes me to the homepage for MeinVodafone (which I am logged into). Could someone help describe the exact steps I need to follow after this point?
I'm not very good with computers, administration, or German and I can't seem to figure out how to cancel my existing contract. So thank you all for any help you can offer!
