Modem Installationscode

Sorry for not speaking German.

I pressed the reset button in my modem. Now I need the Modem Installationscode to active modem again. Unfortunately, I cannot find the Welcome letter, so I cannnot using Meinvodafone on homepage neither. Can someone help me with this problem?

Therefore please click on my name/avatar. Then on the right side "Diesem Benutzer eine private Nachricht senden".

I need your customernumber (if you have no access/paperwork of the contract , please the complete adress) and your current mobilenumber

.If it matches the contracts contact information i will send you a new mic via sms.
Otherwise by letter to the contract adress.
