Meine Vodafone not workin. CallYa Flex not available

Hi Vodafone community!

I'm using a CallYa Flex prepaid. 

Unfortunatelly neither is working.

The only valuable peace of information web app (Meine Vodafone) can show is a "that unfortunatelly did not work" message, in case I open overview, tarrif, anything ...

Call Ya flex mobile app, My Vodafone both tell "This app is incompatible with all of your devices."

I don't speak German and it's a bit inconvenient to setup flex package by phone. I would love to be able to setup CallYa Flex package online, in the web app or in the mobile app, how can I do this? Is there any working vodafone software?

To manage the Callya Flex tariff, you need the Callya-Flex-App. Please download them to your mobile phone.
