MeinVodafone app is reseting after some seconds. So I am not able to recharge my CellPhone. Which means, I am paying for a service I don't have.
I saw many other users complaining about it on Apple Store. and Definetely might not be a problem with my cell hardware, since it is a brand new i8.
To recharge from website you request either the Contract Number or password shared with when I buy the SIM, these were never delivered to me.
What should I do?
