Hi,
at which point to you have the problem? For the login you need to use your username + password and not the customer number. Or do you have the problem when you try to add the contract to MeinVodafone?
If this is the case please choose the right option to add the contract:
If it is a cable contract (not DSL!) you have to choose the 3. option if you are NOT living in NRW/BW/HESSEN. If you are livin in NRW/BW/HESSEN you have to choose the last option.

Hi!
Thank you for your advice, but even I choose the 3. option and enter Kundennummer to apply for an activation code, it shows "This is not a valid customer number" and I cannot proceed.
My Kundennummer is definitely right, so what's the problem?

So I think you are living in NRW and it is an old Unity contract?
