Gigacube Flex - wrong billing

Hello all,

 

Im billed every month for GigaCube flex 34,99Euro per Month for past 5 months. I have not requested the GigaCube flex in my Vertrag/Contract and I have NOT recived the GigaCube flex or NOT used it. This extreemely bad service and each time I visit a Vodafone shop here, no action is done. Can someone here tell me how to solve this issue. Else I have to file a complaint, as i falsely billed every month.

GigaCube Flex will just be billed by using.

Have you installed / activated the Cube at home or somewhere else?

 

When did the contract start an where (Shop, Online-Shop)?
