But amount is deducted from my bank account.

since you purchased the GigaCube in a Vodafone shop, you can return it to this shop.

The GigaCube with all cables must then be returned to the Vodafone Shop in its original packaging.

I didn't received the device till now.

and already cancelled the contract within notice period.

But 65 euro deducted from my bank account , Why?

i called customer care , they told it is for first time connection fee. and can not be refund back.

this is very bad....

vodaphone is very worst in germany...

not everything can be refunded just like the activation fee and the monthly fee.
