Unexpected charge for GigaCube Flex

Sorry about writing this in English.

 

I started having GigaCube Flex contract since June 2018, and I have 2 problems regarding the billing.

 

1. I have Vodafone mobile contract (Red S), so I was expecting 10 euro discount. I also told this when I signed up. I'm receiving ful price of 34.99 euros. What is going on?

 

2. I did not use GigaCube for a complete month (more than 6 weeks). I unplugged the device and even removed the simcard from it. However I received a bill saying that I have to pay. GigaCube Flex is the option that I do not need to pay if I do not use, as far as I know.

 

Could anyone please clarify what is going on or contact me directly?

Hi hsochun,

 

1: do you get the bill for both contracts in one? This is a prerequisite for the discount.

 

2: the base price is calculated as soon as the GigaCube is used in the billing period. The billing period is individual and you'll find it on the bill.

1. Unfortunately not. I request for this when I purchased the contract and double checked, but looks like it is not done! ;( Could it be possible to get this reimbursed? As it was promised, confirmed by the person but not done.
