Hey,

Last Friday I received a letter from a collecting company charging some open debits. As I canceled my contract late in February, since there, I was waiting for the cancellation letter to return the Vodafone's router, letter which never came...

I sent it a message in private for some admin at the time, so I need to send this modem back. I'm not in the mood to pay a fine for a product that I won't ever use again.

 

Is still possible to send it back? 

Btw I still didn't receive the f.. letter

Hello Pelegrin,

 

the confirmation was sent to your new address. Just like Lars wrote to you in your other post. The return period ended on 21.08.2020. Since the claim has now been handed over to the collection agency, there is nothing more we can do.

Sad to hear it, I didn't receive the letter (at least the collection company got it my address right), the equipment is here with me since then... waiting for this letter...
