Hi everyone,
I have a question about thr Vodafone kundgung. I had a Giga kombi contract with 500Mb/s Kable Internet, but they were not able to set my home connection. I waited for two months without my home internet and after thousands of requests my Vodafone shop decided to delete my contract via a kundigung (they personally did it). After that I got a email from Vodafone where they told me that my contract would be deleted, but after the last renewal my offer is still active.
How can I completely block it? (I would like to switch to a different dealer).
I would like to underline that I didn't make the kundigung on my own, they did it cause they were not able to give me the service!
