I was told my TV and internet contract was cancelled . But still this month the money was deducted for TV and internet.

Hi bentur,

Tina processed the termination for you. The cancellation has been confirmed to you on October 26th.

According to German law, you will continue to pay the fees of your contract for another three months if you have moved to an address that the provider can no longer supply.

This is also stated in the cancellation confirmation that you have received from us. Since our letters are written in German, you probably didn't notice this hint.
