Hi,
I was told to write here first.
My two year VF cable contract is ending on the 5th of January. It is already canceled.
Are there any offers for existing customers?
I am quite happy with Vodafone kabel, but I can get a better offer at the competition.
Can vodafone match the competition or at least make a an offer for existing kabel customers?
Thank you.

There are regular pricing sheets for existing customers - if you don't like that prices, then there's nothing that can be done here in the Forum for you.

Thank you. Haven't seen anything like that and your answer isn't that helpful.
i'll wait for an answer from a vodafone rep.

thank you very much for your help. if you don't mind, I would really like to hear from a Vodafone rep. unless you can extend or modify my contract, you can't help me. I wish you a great holiday season 🎄😋
it's a bit hard to think that Vodafone keeps asking me to reconsider my cancelation and yet they don't want to try to match what others are offering or make me an offer and would rather have a customer leave.

You got your gifts at the begin of your contract - as other new customers have also got.
But there is nothing that the Vodafone moderators here in this board can do that extends what is written in the official price lists.
But keep in mind:
As you've already cancelled your contract, your contract will end on that date - and if you don't have a new line, then you are offline. And despite all those bright and shiny ads, there's nobody that will get you a new line set up in less than a week, especially with public holidays in that week. And as you have cancelled the contract on your own, there is also no extension until the new operator has taken over - you're simply offline. Especially for DSL lines, it usually takes 4..6 weeks to get a line set up - and there's nothing to speed this up.
Taken away all the additional one-time charges and fees that are only in the fine-print - like setup charges, fees for the devices and so on. And not taken into consideration that you have to take time for setting up the router.

thank you for your worries. and once again. unless you're Vodafone. you cannot help me. you're just waisting your time.b
thank you for also worrying for me, I don't really need internet until I come back from my holiday. I will loose connection to my smart home but I can live without one for a week 🙂 and last time I checked I had a phone connection in my wall so no technician needed 🙂
now can you just ignore this topic and leave it for a Vodafone rep?:) please 🙂

Hi Emanuel01,
did you already tried the winback hotline from your cancellation confirmation? The colleagues there can make offers.
Regards
