Tout d'abord merci d'avance d'avoir pris le temps de lire mon message et je m'excuse de ne pas parler allemand.
Nous avons réalisé, avec ma femme, que nous avons payé deux fois l'année dernière. Le contrat était d'environ 30 euros par mois. (Nous avons juste Internet illimité)
Le semble que nous ayons payé 2 contrats pour un ménage.
Je peux vous thunder plus de détails sur le compte bancaire d'où vous avez pris l'argent.

It really seems that there are two contracts here. Have you also received contract documents twice? Then you should also have two routers.

Thank you very much for taking the time to resolve this issue.
No we did not receive another box, even the family name was writen the wrong way.
We tried to contract by phone by I think they mostly cared about the bank details that we gave.
We sent an email to kabel-widerruf@vodafone.com (in german and english) the 13th of December 2019.
Inside this email we sent all the documents needed and we also talk to an employe of Vodafone in the Vodafone store near Dussman. He assured us that he didn't see any file with our name (even the wrong one), and still we are paying for two contracts for no reason for the last year.
