Hello, since 20.07.2020 I am a Vodafone customer and using "Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable" tariff. When I signed up with Vodafone, I was told that I can test the speed for 6 months and then change the tariff to a lower one.
So, I would like to change my tariff to "Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable". How can I do that?

Hello BarisYakut,
the contract costs 39.99€ after the changeover. However, you will be informed of this again with the written confirmation.
This does not change the term of the contract.

I ordered the tariff change for you. The change will take effect on the 7 February active. You will also receive a written confirmation at this date.
