i'll describe what i did: in august i wanted a hotspot plan, so i had to enter to myvodafone and create a contract. everything was going fine, i had my (no permanency) contract in my mail, everything working in two days, perfect!
the problem comes here, so i tried the hotspot service and i din't like it, so i've entered in myvodafone as i did when i created a contract, and i've finished my contract, the thing is that I'm still receiving bills and in the page myvodafone it shows that i dont have any active contract, i didn't receive any mail of the termination of the contract, as i received when i started my contract.
the thing is: if i've finished my contract in the same way as i started my contract (all inside myvodafone page) why i am still receiving billings? i dont want to say how i feel, but your behave is not correct

what exactly kind of contract did you sign? Did you then revoke it or cancel it normally? How or which way did you do it? The cancellation must be made via the contact form it is not possible via MyVodafone.
