Vodafone Kable TV Giga was ordered without my concern

Hello Together,

 

 

Vodafone internet Contract made on 17.05.2018 but not for Vodafone kable TV.

my customer number: xxxxx for Vodafone Kable TV

 

  1. But the TV box device I received July end of the week ..August 2nd I wrote a mail to vodafone Customer service landshut guy whow wrongly ordered me TV that I dont want TV and I said to him I did not sign any contract.

Hence I informed Vodafone in time.

 

But I got feedback from landshut vodafone service that its too late to cancell the contract.

 

even then I send a cancellation letter to vodafonean and return a device to Nürnberg but vodafone also replied that Cancellation acepted but you cancelled it in 3 weeks ,it supposed to be in 2 weeks.

i did not know this even the vodfone service guy also did not mention it. I did not open the BOX itself then How could I know that there is a letter inside to cancell in 2 weeks.. I was shocked when I get TV Box since I did not ordered it..Its not my mistake.. even Mr.Steiger vodafone landshut Boss also acept that by ordering TV to me is their mistake.

 

  1. Initially 2 months fee was automatically deducted from my Bank account which I came to know later, which is 19 Euro per month..then I stopped with the help of the Bank..why should I Pay which dont ordr it and sign the contract.

 

  1. but vodafone keep on sending the monthly bills till December even though they accept my cancellation on August (25.08.2019). I dont know why?

then there will be compensation bill also since I am closing the contract earlier then the minimum period..

So altogether they are asking me to pay 411 Euro. This is not good. This is Vodafone people mistake to order TV Box without my knowledge..if it has to be paid then it should be paid by vodafone service landshut (xxxxx)

 

  1. After I explain the same situation to vodafone through Customer service then asked me to write a letter to Bewerdere(Complaint) Management, Erfurt..

I did two times but no reply or eedback..last two weeks before I wrote again with Acknowledgement hen they replied that they received my letter and then will call me back..

but till 4.02.2019 no calls to me..Meantime I got a letter from infoscode Forderungs management that I have to pay 41.82 bis zum 11.02.2019.

 

Please consider this letter as final one take the necessary action and clear my bills..I dont want Vodafone to repay the money what I paid till now for TVbox also. But clear this 411.82 Euro.

 

If it is not happen I have to go through legally and file case against Vodafone.

Because its not about Money its about How mentally disturbed because of the last 4 months communication between Vodafone..

Along with this letter I have enclosed the e mail communication between landshut Vodafone guys and the Contract I made for Internet.

 

Please cancel all my bills soon before 08.02.2018. if it is not I am going to the Verbraucherzentrale Bayern. you can find the appointment in the attachment.

The date was wrong : it is 08.02.2019..in which i have appointment at consumer service office.
