Dear team,
I have made a request for new vodafone connection online for the new rental apartment. After the initiation of the contract, I got a letter with Kundennummer and Vertragsnummer.
It was mentioned in the letter that I get a confirmation from the landlord before starting the contract. I already got the confirmation from the landlord for wifi installation (I have a Mietvertrag for the house and also Wohnungsgeberbestatigung document signed by the landlord).
I tried contacting 2 Vodafone physical shops as well as customer care online. Online customer care is available only in Deutsche. Because of my lack of Deutsche (Am an expat here trying to learn the language), I could not get the proper details/different information from every one.
It would be great if you could provide me details on:
1) Are the house contract and Wohnungsgeberbestatigung be considered as the confirmation from the landlord?
2) We will also be getting an anmeldung document on Dec 4 (I only got appointment on that day).
3) If there is a need for separate confirmation from the landlord other than the above mentioned documents, what is the template/format for the document? Can you provide any sample/template/form for the same?
We are moving to the house on Nov 30th. And it is only 4 days from now. We requested for a new contract, more than 15 days back and we do not have any progress so far. As I will be working from home most of the times, an active internet connection is very much needed. It would be greatl if you could do the needful at the earliest.

Liebes Team,
Vodafone-Anschluss online für die neue Mietwohnung. Nach Vertragsbeginn erhielt ich einen Brief mit Kundennummer und Vertragsnummer.
In dem Brief wurde erwähnt, dass ich vor Vertragsbeginn eine Bestätigung vom Vermieter bekomme. Ich habe bereits die Bestätigung des Vermieters für die WLAN-Installation erhalten (ich habe einen Mietvertrag für das Haus und bin somit ein Grundbuchanwalt).
Ich habe versucht, 2 Vodafone-Läden sowie die Online-Kundenbetreuung zu kontaktieren. Die Online-Kundenbetreuung ist nur in deutscher Sprache verfügbar. Aufgrund meines Mangels an Deutsch konnte ich nicht von jedem die richtigen Details / unterschiedliche Informationen erhalten.
Es wäre toll, wenn Sie mir folgende Details mitteilen könnten:
1) Gilt der Hausvertrag und die Wohnungsbestätigung als Bestätigung des Vermieters?
2) Also wollen wir am 4. Dezember ein Bewerbungsdokument bekommen (ich habe nur an diesem Tag einen Termin bekommen).
3) Wenn eine andere Bestätigung des Vermieters als die oben genannten Dokumente erforderlich ist, welche Vorlage / welches Format hat das Dokument? Können Sie ein Muster / eine Vorlage / ein Formular dafür bereitstellen?
Wir ziehen am 30. November in das Haus um. Und es sind nur noch 4 Tage. Wir haben vor mehr als 15 Tagen um einen neuen Vertrag gebeten, und wir haben noch keine Fortschritte erzielt. Da ich die meiste Zeit von zu Hause aus arbeiten möchte, ist eine aktive Internetverbindung dringend erforderlich. Es wäre toll, wenn Sie es frühestens tun könnten.

so you're moving. I didn't quite understand what you have done now. Why a new contract? Did you not report the move for the old contract? Or is the contract not possible at the new address and you have changed the technology? What kind of proof from the landlord is that? Usually we don't need something like that.

I am moving to a new rental apartment (I am new to Germany). My landlord stayed in the apartment, she is moving out of the country, so canceled her existing wifi contract. So I have requested a new wifi contract online. After that I got the letter stating that vodafone needed confirmation from property management. I dropped email and in the forum.
The Vodafone service team understands that it is a cable contract. For DSL, this confirmation is not available via vodafone via DSL. Since we can not afford much time with internet (It's already 18 days without it), we have requested for revoking the order. The customer service agent has done the same and the order is canceled. All is clear now.

Hello Divya,
you've apparently already cleared everything up. If you are also in contact with employees on other social media channels, why the post here? Please stay on one channel, otherwise it can come to double processing and thus to errors. We want to avoid that.

I contacted Vodafone via Whatsapp and they gave me this link. So posted here in the forum and there was no response. I expected a prompt response from a reputed company like Vodafone. Also previously mails were not responded. As I had to sort things out (It is more than 15 days since this issue and the response each time was not fruitful). But Facebook customer care was very quick and they really helped. Things are sorted out now! Hope there is no issue.
