Very very poor internet speed

Hi,

I am facing the internet slowness problem for several days. I live in Einbecker Str. 10315 Berlin. The internet is very very slow most of the time, occasionally it performs well. My plan is Red 500 which also means I will get speed up to 500 mbps, but unfortunately, that is just in papers not in reality. Please find the attached image. 

Please look at the performance. I never get stable internet at all. Can someone please help me in resolving this problem so that I will have a smooth experience using Vodafone internet.

Can someone help me with this issue. This happens quite often, rather this is internet being slow become usual in my case. It would be great if someone helps me with this problem.

currently no restrictions are visible on the modem. Your measurements are all via WLAN. Are there such restrictions via LAN? We have no influence on interference via WLAN. This depends on the local conditions.
