Dear vodaphone,
I had ordered only cable internet to my house.
In a call to schedule the installation the Vodafone guy insisted to have the giga tv for which i disagreed.
but still i got a mall that i am receiving an parcel from Vodaphone.
so called the call center and Vodaphone associates asked me not to receive the parcel so did not receive the parcel.
i got a bill for the giga tv
so i called the call center and the vodaphone guy confirmed that it will be cancelled and removed from my account
but this did not happen.
But now is see i have 2 contacts active in my account
1 cable internet : which i want
2 giga tv : which i di not order, which i dont have, but am charged for the same.
please help me to sort it out and remove the other giga tv contract whihc i did not order.
till no i have been miss lead by Vodaphone 3 time
1 created a contract whihc i did order
2 miss guided me not to receive the parcel
3 false promising by assuring that this will be cancelled.
i am very dissapointed.
As i am new to germany i trusted Voda phone i germany but am feeling bad as i feel i was cheated
please treat this will high importance and dont send the bill for giga tv hence for and remove the contract from my account.
