Hi, I've taken vodafone internet connection for my flat in July 2016, I wanted to change the direct debit account from mine to my husbands firm, when I put the same request to Vodafone, the person dealing with the request suggested I take a new contract with my husbands name and send my device back, I've done the same in April 2018.
What i noticed recently was, for past 1 year, both me and my husband were charged for the same connection and they doubled it this year and are charging 40 euros each per month for one single connection. They made 2 contracts to be able to do this fraud, they never ended my contract when I sent back the device.
Now they say that the contracts cannot be cancelled until July 2020, what a fraud!!!

Hi vsla,
did you receive a cancellation confirmation for your contract? The procedure is not usual.
I would also like to have a look at it in the system. Please send me the following data by private message:
- both customer numbers
- Names of the two contract holders
- connection address
- Date of birth of you and your husband.
