Hello team ,
4 Months back i have moved to Bad homburg from Logwigshafen . In ludwigshafen i had Vodafhone cabel connetcion and that time i want to transfer it to Bad homburg but in Bad homburg Vodafone has only DSL service not cabel service . So customer care oprator told me to take new vodafone DSL connection in Bad homburg and end contact for cabel connection in Ludwigshafen with 3 months notice and you will get money back for 3 months if you will take new connection for Vodafone DSL in Bad Homburg only you have to show new contract . It is now already 4 months and we did not get our 3 months money back or adjusted in new contract .
Details for both conections are given bellow .Please do check and let me how to get money or tarnsfer amount to new contract .
