I am Jayavardhan X* customer of Vodafone with customer number: xx*. I have taken the contract of Internet and telephone connection on 02-01-2018 with the address XX*, 37120th I had moved to the new address XX*, room no: X in which internet bill is included in the house rent. So I request you to the contract as soon as possible which would be great help to me. Hereby I am attaching a copy of Apartment and internet usage confirmation . So please consider my request.

As long as the contract can be fullfilled at the new location, it'll move with you (even if there already is an internet connection). The contract can only be ended prematurely according to the telecommunications law if the contract cannot be fullfilled at the new location at all (and then you'd have a 3 months notice period from the day you move or you notify your contractual partner - the later one counts).
So for short:
- If your "old" contract can be fullfilled at the new location, it'll move to your new location and you have to pay for it until its minimum contractual term is over (usually 2 years).
- If you "old" contract cannot be fullfilled at the new location, it'll be terminated with already mentioned 3 months notice period.
If there is already another internet connection at the new location does not in any way modify these rules.

Just now I went to vodafone store to check whether my contract can be fulfilled at my new address or not. They said that my contract can not be fulfilled at my new address. So please terminate my contract as soon as posssible.

The simple "the store told me" is not enough.
You need to provide proof of movement in written form to Vodafone, e.g. you have to write a letter -or- you have to use the contact form (of course in German language - as German is the only contractual language) and ask for termination according to moving to a new area where the old contract cannot be fullfilled.
Please keep in mind that the 3 months notice period is starting by the day that Vodafone receives your notice or the day that you move - the later one counts. And please keep in mind to send back all rental devices within 14 days (as you may otherwise have to pay for not sending these devices back in time).
