Hello,
Sorry for writing in English as my German is not up to the mark yet.
I had opened a thread in the communtity last week inquiring about the termination of my Internet by Cable contract and was advised to use the contact form to do so..
However I have received the below note and asked to open a thread on the community again. Can someone please help me with the termination process? I would be moving to the US end of June and have no option but to terminate my contract.
Below is the email received from customer support

Hello Jennifer,
here I am again.
That didn't go well. I'll take it from here. In order to terminate the contract under the Telecommunications Act (relocation + 3 months), I need the new address and the deregistration from Germany. Otherwise I can only process the notice at the end of the term. You can send me address and proof in a private message.

then I can only process the notice at the end of the term. As soon as you send us the deregistration, we will adjust it.

Hi Jennifer,
we have sent the provisional cancellation confirmation on 08.06.2018. Did you get these? There you will also find the return address for the cable router. You only need to send the cancellation confirmation via the contact form, then the cancellation date will be adjusted.

Hallo Lars,
Unfortunately I have not received any provisional cancellation confirmation. Can you please confirm these were sent to my current address? Can you please let me know if there is way to send this confirmation by email? Or provide me the address of the return and I can take care of that in the next week.
I would be leaving on the 23rd of June so want to ensure all necessary process is completed before I leave.

Thank you.. I have received the document now and also accessed it via the portal.
I would be sending the equipment to the said address today.
Also, I have the city deregistration document with me. Can you please advise where I can upload it?
