Hi,
I want to cancel my Internet Cable contract with Vodafone. Reasons:
I got a calbe contract some weeks ago and got the router as expected, I followed the instruction to set it up but I had no internet. I called CC and got an apointment with a technician to come and check the connection. The technician said my building had only cable from Tele-columbus and not Vodafone so I would have to return the router and cancel the contract, and so I did.
Few days ago I got a letter from Vodafone saying I could not cancel the contract because 14 days had passed since I signed it. I called CC and they told me few days ago another technician had come to my building (without any notification) and said I was able to get Vodafone cable. This hapens days after I signed another internet contract with another provider. CC advised me to write a message in this forum to get advise on the subject and how to write a letter in German to CC explaining the case.
Any help with this will be much appreciated!

unfortunately the processing has been delayed a little bit. The cancellation was processed today and you will receive the written confirmation by post within the next few days. Do you have any questions?
